I have been teaching exercise classes for over 10 years and during that time I have learned quite a bit about human nature and the human body. I am also a Registered Nurse who has seen a lot of people who are living unhappy lives as a direct result of living sedentary lifestyles.
I am a firm believer in total body fitness through exercise. One of the best, and most often overlooked benefits of getting into shape is how much better you feel mentally. I have seen lives changed in
so many ways by just getting into better physical shape. When you exercise you feel better, your mind focuses, and for many people they find a new self-confidence.
I really enjoy my kickboxing class, it’s strenuous but that’s how you gets results. This DVD really came about from the requests of so many of my students who wanted a way to continue my workout at home if they were not able to make it to the gym.
